Well hello to the promise of March… when sunshine prevails, temp swings are big–and we don’t even mind because we know SPRING IS FINALLY JUST AROUND THE CORNER!
Yes, it’s the month for bulbs to reach through the soil, we’re all universally Irish for a day, and the ‘official’ arrival of spring spreads optimism, hope + renewed energies.
And isn’t it GREAT?!
And during such a season of rebirth + increased energies, it’s the IDEAL time to focus on just one part of our lives where we’d earnestly like to see growth. Health. Nutrition. Personal relationships. Mental attitude. What is yours?
In March, let’s dedicate this month to a promise. Let’s make a promise, each of us, to OURSELVES. Devote a few moments each day to ONE GOAL. Set up to 20 minutes a day being solely focused on that one goal. No matter what happens during your day, promise to yourself that you’ll accomplish this one thing.
Maybe you’ll focus on nutrition. Each day make CERTAIN you eat fresh fruit or vegetables. Maybe increased activity is your goal. Each day, spring rain or sunshine, walk for 20 minutes. Maybe you’re honing your craft of painting or writing. Set a timer each day; block all else out + paint or write. As sure as you are to brush your teeth or put on socks, be as sure you’ll accomplish your one new task each day.
Stay with us this month. Join the next ToneZone group, take a step outside, lace up, move more, and push your nutritional love for yourself to a higher level. Provide quality nourishment + your body (and mind) will thank you.
